Harbor collects nothing. There is no account, no server we operate, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. Your library lives on your device and syncs only through your own iCloud.
Nothing. Harbor has no backend to send data to. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, usage analytics, or crash reports. We have no way to see what you save or read.
Articles you save — the full text, formatting, and lead image — are stored locally on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, Apple's CloudKit syncs this data to your other devices through your private iCloud database. That sync is operated by Apple under your Apple Account; NYRAI LLC has no access to it and cannot read its contents. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Harbor makes network requests in only two situations: (1) when you save a link, it downloads that page from the website you chose, exactly as a browser would; and (2) Apple's CloudKit syncs your own library between your devices. Harbor does not load remote images or trackers when you read a saved article — reading happens fully offline.
Summaries, auto-tags, and read-aloud run entirely on your device using Apple's on-device models and speech synthesis. None of your article content is sent anywhere for these features.
The one-time "Harbor Unlimited" unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. NYRAI LLC never receives your payment details. Entitlement is verified on-device via StoreKit.
Harbor is rated 17+ because users can save arbitrary web content. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
