By using Harbor you agree to these terms. Harbor is published by NYRAI LLC ("we"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Harbor on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Harbor lets you save copies of web pages for your own offline reading. You agree to use this feature only for personal, non-commercial purposes and only with content you are entitled to access. Do not use Harbor to redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit content you do not own, and respect publishers' paywalls and subscription terms. Harbor saves what a normal reader is served; it is your responsibility to use saved content lawfully. Copyright in saved articles remains with its owners.
Your library is stored on your device and in your own iCloud. We do not host, access, or control it. You can export or delete all of it at any time from Settings. Because the data is yours and local, you are responsible for your own backups (iCloud and device backups included).
"Harbor Unlimited" is a single, non-consumable in-app purchase — not a subscription. It unlocks unlimited saves, on-device summaries, read-aloud, and export. Purchases are handled by Apple and governed by the App Store Terms; refunds are requested through Apple.
Harbor is provided "as is." Article extraction depends on third-party websites and may not perfectly parse every page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the app. You are responsible for maintaining backups of anything important to you.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
